Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Andreas Digital Agency collects, why, how we keep it safe, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to serve you, and we never sell your personal information.
1. Who we are
ADA (Pty) Ltd, trading as Andreas Digital Agency ("ADA", "we", "us"), is a technology and digital-solutions company in Rundu, Kavango East, Namibia. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Company registration with BIPA is in progress.

2. What information we collect

We do not ask for sensitive information such as health, religion or political views, and we ask you not to send it.
3. How we use your information
- reply to your messages and prepare quotes;
- deliver the services you asked for, including repairs, websites, IT support and marketing work;
- issue invoices and receipts, and keep financial records;
- give portal users secure access, and protect our systems from misuse;
- assess job and internship applications;
- ask for feedback and, with your permission, publish testimonials or show your project in our portfolio;
- send you service updates, renewal reminders, or occasional news about ADA services, which you can stop at any time;
- meet our legal, tax and regulatory duties.
We use your information on the basis of your consent, to carry out a contract with you, to meet legal duties, or for our reasonable business interests where these do not override your rights.
4. Information on your devices
- we access only what the job needs, and we do not browse, copy or keep your personal files, photos or messages;
- if we make a temporary backup to protect your data, we delete it within 7 days after handover, unless you ask us to keep it longer;
- we do not keep your passwords after handover, and we recommend you change any password you shared with us;
- only ADA staff or contractors bound by confidentiality agreements work on your device.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
6. Information stored outside Namibia
Some of our providers, including our website hosting and email services, store data on servers outside Namibia. We choose established providers with strong security, and we share only what is needed.
7. How long we keep information

After these periods we delete information securely, or remove details that identify you.
8. How we keep information safe
We protect personal information with reasonable measures, including password-protected devices and accounts, restricted access to portals and records, confidentiality agreements with contractors, and secure deletion when information is no longer needed. No system is completely secure, but if a security incident affects your information, we will tell you promptly and explain what we are doing about it.
9. Your rights
- ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date;
- ask us to delete your information, unless we must keep it by law (for example, invoices);
- object to, or ask us to stop, marketing messages;
- withdraw your consent, for example for testimonials or portfolio use, for the future.

10. Children
Our services are aimed at adults, organisations and tertiary students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Cookies
Our website may use cookies and similar technology to work properly and to understand how it is used. When you make a cookie choice, we also keep a minimal consent record (such as the choice made, selected categories, date and page path) so we can remember and audit consent and produce aggregate website reports. We do not store names, email addresses or IP addresses in this consent record. Details are in our Cookie Notice.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
