Ownership

Unless we say otherwise, the text, design, layout, graphics, photographs, videos, logos and code on this website belong to Andreas Digital Agency (ADA) or are used with the owner's permission. They are protected by copyright law in Namibia, including the Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Protection Act, 1994, and by international copyright treaties.

The ADA name and logos

The Andreas Digital Agency name, the ADA logos and the names of ADA's divisions identify our company. You may use the official files in our brand assets library to refer to ADA accurately, for example in news coverage or a partner listing. Please do not change them, present them as your own, or use them in a way that suggests ADA endorses or is connected to something when it is not.

What you may do

view the website and share links to its pages;
print or save pages for your own personal or internal reference;
quote short extracts, as long as you credit Andreas Digital Agency and link to the page.

What needs our written permission

republishing or redistributing substantial parts of the website;
selling the content or using it commercially;
copying the website's design or code;
using photographs of ADA's people, other than the official images in our media centre when reporting on ADA;
removing copyright or ownership notices.

Nothing in this notice limits any use that the law allows without permission.

Work we do for clients

Websites, designs and files that ADA creates for a client are handed over to that client once they are paid for in full, as set out in the client's quotation or agreement and in our Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policy. With the client's permission, ADA may show that work in its portfolio.

Material that belongs to others

Some photographs on the website are illustrative images from third parties and remain the property of their owners. Client names, logos and website screenshots belong to those clients. Other trade marks belong to their owners, and open-source software used on the website stays under its own licence.

Reporting a copyright concern

If you believe something on this website uses your work without permission, email hello.ada1@outlook.com with:

your name and contact details;
a description of the work you own;
the page on this website where it appears;
confirmation that you are the owner or are acting for the owner.

We will review it and reply as soon as we reasonably can, and we will remove or correct the material where the concern is valid.
