ADA now uses professional email addresses on andreasdigitalagency.com, so every message to and from the company comes from one recognisable, verified domain.
Andreas Digital Agency has moved its company email to professional addresses on its own domain, andreasdigitalagency.com. The new addresses replace the earlier Outlook address the company used while it was starting out.
The new professional email addresses
Each address now has one clear purpose, so your message reaches the right person faster:
For general enquiries and quotes, write to hello@andreasdigitalagency.com. For job applications and questions about vacancies, use careers@andreasdigitalagency.com.
In addition, invoices and payments go to finance@andreasdigitalagency.com, while copyright and permission requests go to legal@andreasdigitalagency.com. Questions about personal information go to privacy@andreasdigitalagency.com, and security reports go to security@andreasdigitalagency.com.
Why this matters to clients
A company domain makes it easier to tell a real ADA message from a fake one. Therefore, if you receive an email that claims to be from ADA but comes from another address, treat it with caution and check with us first. The mail runs on Zoho Mail, which ADA also uses alongside Zoho Books for its accounts.
What has not changed
The phone and WhatsApp number stays the same: +264 81 803 2641. Likewise, the contact form still reaches the same team. However, please update any saved contact that still uses the old Outlook address.
